I build better work environments. My vision is a workplace where people are empowered to challenge and be challenged. Its empowerment is based on autonomy, but autonomy doesn’t mean siloing. Instead, high alignment means that everyone is pulling in the same direction to create something amazing and achieve business goals. That vision has defined my work, and you can read about its results below. Almost as much as culture design, I love trails—running or hiking them whenever possible.
